Progress is more about letting go than learning new tricks.

“Progress is more about letting go than learning new tricks” - this line from Danielle Laporte is stuck with me today. My journey with minimalism has repeatedly taught me the power of less-is-more.

I’ve been consuming self-development content since I was 12 years old. It’s been great, and I love it, especially as a coach, trainer, and instructor. Learning different tools, modalities, and concepts has been very helpful. AND I've also learned the importance of hitting pause and allowing integration to work its magic – simply put, letting go.

If you have been following my latest updates on Instagram, you know that I’ve made major conscious changes to my life. If I were to sum it up in one sentence, it would be this: letting go, tapping into my body, listening to my heart, and feeling ALL the feelings.

So, how did I do that? I returned to basics, shedding distractions and numbing behaviors, and started embracing all the feelings – the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I reconnected with my body through: ecstatic and conscious dance, boxing, yoga, meditation, cold showers and breathwork. It’s been a total game changer. I'll share more about that in a separate blog post.

So, yes - progress is more about letting go than learning new tricks. The past few months weren't about acquiring new knowledge or consuming more self-development/growth content. It was about letting go, tapping into my body and inner wisdom.

I'm genuinely excited to see where this path leads next!
