I use a client-centered coaching method that puts you in the lead. Together, we will work through a series of exercises and assessments depending on your needs. Generally the main topics we explore together during the initial coaching sessions are: examining each area of your life and assess what's off balance to help us identify areas that need more attention. Explore your purpose, values, personality type and key strengths.
