I use a client-centered coaching method that puts you in the lead. Together, we will work through a series of exercises and assessments depending on your needs. Generally the main topics we explore together during the initial coaching sessions are: examining each area of your life and assess what's off balance to help us identify areas that need more attention. Explore your purpose, values, personality type, fears and mindset.
Coaching sessions are done in person, phone call or Skype depending on your preference and location.
