Journaling

I started the habit of journaling in 2005 and it's been the best thing I have ever done. Christina Baldwin mentions in one of her books: “Journal writing is a voyage to the interior." - I absolutely resonate with that and learnt so much about myself through journaling. Not only does it help clarify your thoughts and feeling, it helps:

·      Reduce stress

·      Solve problems more effectively

·      Evokes mindfulness

·      Integrates my life experiences and learnings

·      Eases decision making
